6. Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. Google uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the user's computer, to collect data for analyzing how users use the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is normally transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on these websites, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server and truncated within the United States. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating the user's use of the website, compiling reports on website activity, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Within Google Analytics, the IP address transmitted by your browser will not be associated with any other data held by Google.

This prevents Google Analytics from tracking this website and this browser in the future as long as the cookie remains installed on the user's browser.
The Google Analytics tracking tool can also be used to evaluate the behavior of website visitors and to analyze their interests. For this purpose, we create a pseudonymous user profile.
7. YouTube Videos Integrated into the Website
Some of our web pages integrate YouTube videos. The provider of the respective plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When the user visits a page containing a YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. This informs YouTube about which pages the user has visited. If the user is logged into their YouTube account, YouTube can associate the user's browsing behavior with their account. To prevent this, the user must log out of their YouTube account before visiting our website.
When a YouTube video is started, the provider sets a cookie that collects information about the user's behavior.
If the user has disabled the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program, such cookies will not be downloaded even when viewing YouTube videos. However, YouTube still collects non-personal information about website usage with other cookies. To prevent this, the user must block the storage of cookies in their browser.
Further information on data protection by YouTube can be found in Google's privacy policy at the following link: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en
8. Social Plugins
On our website, we offer users the option to use so-called social buttons. To protect user data, we use the Shariff solution in implementing these buttons. This means that the social buttons on our website are simple graphic icons containing links to the respective provider's website. Only by clicking on the graphic will the user be directed to the services of the respective provider, with the subsequent transfer of their data to that provider. If the user does not click the graphic, no data exchange takes place between the user and the social button providers. For information on the collection and use of user data on social networks, please refer to the terms of use of the respective provider.
On our website, we have integrated buttons from the following social networks:
Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Ave – Palo Alto – CA 94304 – USA)
Twitter Inc. (1355 Market Street, Suite 900 – San Francisco – CA 94103 – USA)
Instagram (Meta - Menlo Park - California - CA 94025 – USA) )
9. Forwarding via Links (Affiliates)
Our website also uses some links that allow us to make redirecting to other interesting websites more convenient. By clicking on these links, the user is only redirected to the respective web pages. In this case, no personal data is forwarded. Therefore, please refer to the respective privacy policy of the websites to which the user is redirected by clicking on the various links. We assume no responsibility for third-party websites.
10. Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager. With Google Tag Manager, you can manage website tags through a single interface. The Tag Manager tool (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not collect personal data. This tool activates other tags, which in turn may collect data that Google Tag Manager does not have access to. Any deactivation at the domain or cookie level affects all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. This feature is only activated if you give your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter a) GDPR or Art. 49 para. 1 letter a) GDPR.
11. Data Protection Provisions Regarding the Application and Use of Google Remarketing
On this website, the data controller has integrated Google Remarketing services. Google Remarketing is a feature of Google AdWords that enables a company to display advertisements to Internet users who have previously visited the company's website. The integration of Google Remarketing allows a company to create user-based advertising and thus to display relevant advertisements to interested Internet users.
The operating company of Google's remarketing services is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, United States.
The purpose of Google Remarketing is to display advertisements that are relevant to the interests. Google Remarketing enables us to display ads on the Google network or on other websites, which are based on individual needs and correspond to the interests of Internet users. Google Remarketing sets a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. The definition of cookies is explained above. By setting the cookie, Google enables recognition of the visitor to our website when it calls up web pages, which are also members of Google's advertising network. With each call to an Internet site on which the service has been integrated by Google Remarketing, the web browser of the person concerned automatically identifies with Google. As part of this technical process, Google receives personal information, such as the IP address or browsing behavior of the user, which Google uses, among other things, for inserting interest-relevant advertising.
The cookie is used to store personal information, such as the Internet pages visited by the person concerned. Each time we visit our Internet pages, personal data, including the IP address of the Internet access used by the person concerned, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may transfer this personal data collected through the technical process to third parties.
The data subject may, as stated above, prevent the setting of cookies through our website at any time by means of a corresponding adjustment of the web browser used and thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Such an adjustment to the web browser used would also prevent Google from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. In addition, a cookie set by Google AdWords can be deleted at any time via the web browser or other software programs.
The data subject has the possibility to object to the interest-based advertising by Google. For this purpose, the data subject must access from each of the browsers they use the link www.google.de/settings/ads and make the desired settings.
Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Google can be retrieved at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.
12. Data Protection Provisions Regarding the Application and Use of Google AdWords
This website has integrated Google AdWords. Google AdWords is an Internet advertising service that allows advertisers to place ads in Google search engine results and in the Google advertising network. Google AdWords allows an advertiser to pre-define specific keywords with the help of which an ad on Google's search results only appears when the user uses the search engine to retrieve a keyword-relevant search result. In the Google advertising network, ads are distributed to relevant web pages using an automatic algorithm, taking into account the previously defined keywords.
The operating company of Google AdWords is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, UNITED STATES.
The purpose of Google AdWords is to promote our website by including relevant advertising on Google's search engine results pages and the Google advertising network and by placing third-party advertising on our website.
If a data subject reaches our website via a Google ad, a conversion cookie is stored on the data subject's system by Google. The definition of cookies is explained above. A conversion cookie loses its validity after 30 days and is not used to identify the data subject. If the cookie has not expired, the conversion cookie is used to check whether certain sub-pages, such as the shopping cart from an online shop system, were called up on our website. Through the conversion cookie, both Google and the data controller can understand whether a person who reached an AdWords ad on our website generated sales, i.e., executed or canceled a sale of goods.
The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie are used by Google to create visit statistics for our website. These visit statistics are used to determine the total number of users who have been served through AdWords ads to ascertain the success or failure of each AdWords ad and to optimize our AdWords ads in the future. Neither our company nor other Google AdWords advertisers receive information from Google that could identify the data subject.
The conversion cookie stores personal information, such as the Internet pages visited by the data subject. Each time we visit our Internet pages, personal data, including the IP address of the Internet access used by the data subject, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may transfer this personal data collected through the technical process to third parties.
The data subject may, at any time, prevent the setting of cookies through our website, as stated above, by means of a corresponding adjustment of the web browser used and thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Such an adjustment to the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a conversion cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, cookies already in use by Google AdWords can be deleted at any time via the web browser or other software programs.
The data subject also has the opportunity to object to interest-based advertising by Google. To do this, the data subject must access the link www.google.de/settings/ads from each of the browsers they use and make the desired settings.
Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Google can be retrieved at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.
13. Right to Access, Rectification, Blocking, Deletion, and Objection
The user has the right to obtain information about their personal data stored by us at any time in accordance with legal requirements. In accordance with legal requirements, the user also has the right to request the rectification, limitation, blocking, or deletion of their personal data, regardless of the data storage required for transaction processing. The user is also entitled to object to processing based on legal requirements.
To exercise these rights and for all matters relating to data protection, the user is invited to contact our data protection officer, whose contact details are provided at the bottom of the page.
Regardless, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
It is also emphasized that no automated decisions are made (e.g., no decision regarding the conclusion of a contract is made directly by a computer program).
14. Modification of our Data Protection Conditions
We reserve the right to occasionally update this information in accordance with the legal requirements in force at any given time or to make changes to our services, e.g., in the event of the introduction of new services. For future visits to our website, the new data processing policy will apply.
